The free demo and paid plan
The public demo is free and this website does not currently collect payments. The advertised paid plan is US$100 for six months of digital study access. A demo session is not a purchase.
Refund terms for paid access
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of first activating a paid plan. Send your request through our contact form with your order reference and the email used for your purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the refunded access ends. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. If paid access cannot be delivered, you are entitled to a full refund. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
Read these terms together with the digital delivery details and the terms supplied with your order. Nothing on this page excludes a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy that applicable law requires.
Ask about a payment or access problem
Use our contact form and choose Refunds and billing. If you have an order, include its reference, the email address used, the purchase date, and a short explanation of the problem.
Do not send a password, full payment card number, or bank login details. Keep your order confirmation and the terms provided when you purchased. Questions about a charge or unavailable access can be raised even if you are unsure which refund rule applies.
